On Saturday, August 22, 2015, from 10 am to 3 pm at One City Church in Chesapeake, VA, Powerhouse Media Group will be hosting the 3rd Annual Timothy Huff Back-2-School Supply Giveaway & Birthday Celebration. The goal of this annual event is to provide starter supplies including backpacks, pencils, composition notebooks, markers and other school essentials to the youth as they return to the classroom in September. This year's theme is: "Powered for Scholastic Success".

In conjunction with this purpose, PMG will be celebrating the 12th birthday of Indian River Middle School AVID scholar and future engineer Timothy Huff. We will have entertainment, guest speakers, games (including "Are You Smarter Than a Powerhouse"), food, face painting and much more. While the emphasis is on the youth, we will also have parent resource tables set up. This is a FREE event and open to ALL Hampton Roads youth.

The event will be broadcast live by Fire 91 The G Tour. We will have live bloggers as well to share what's going on and who stand in support of our youth.
