"Cooking Out For a Cause: Kidney for Paula"
On Saturday, August 24, 2013, from 2 pm to 6 pm at Northside Park (Shelter #1) in Norfolk, VA,
Powerhouse Media Group (PMG) will proudly host "Cooking Out For a Cause: Kidney for Paula". Paula Kelly, a single mom and native of Norfolk, VA, is in need of a kidney transplant to keep on living. This cookout fundraiser will enable her to raise $7,000 which will cover her surgery and the expenses of the kidney donor who will be out of work for weeks post surgery.
DJ Marvin Cox will be providing music. There will be games and activities as well as raffles to make this an eventful occasion for a truly worthy cause.
