Are You a Good Steward of Your Time?

Are you a good steward of your time? From the moment that you wake up until you lay down to rest for the evening, are you maximizing on the blessed hours that God has afforded you. If you answered yes, then I applaud you. However, if you said no, I beg you to get it together pronto. Time is one of the best commodities that the day possesses. But, once it’s gone, it’s gone. You can’t get it back. There is no reversing and you can’t click your heels and wish or will the minutes back.

My daughter Lady Clara, who now cheers for her middle school, has one chant that I love so much because I respect its message. It says: “Time is ticking on the clock so give it all you got. Time is ticking on the clock so give it all you got. Time is ticking on the clock so give it all you got.” How true is this!

So how do you maximize on your seconds, minutes and hours? Before you get your day started, sit down and map out what you want to do and need to accomplish and allow room for breaks but be mindful of the distractions that on the DL (down low) rob your time. Be task-oriented with a vengeance. I guarantee you will feel good about our day. You will feel accomplished for you know that you’ve been a good steward of your time.

Have a powerhouse day and remember to use your time wisely.
