You may be "going through" a trial or tribulation at this very moment, but I need you to be calm, cool and collected. Why?! You are being tested to determine your endurance level and if you really have the faith that you claim to have. And, although your "valley" may seem deeper than the deepest blue sea, when you count it all joy, you will feel that much more empowered. You will feel this way because of the knowing that it's not going to last forever and that when you "come out", you will have a serious story to share that will help someone else as they step into that season. Smile while you're enduring. Laugh while you're enduring. Put some "pep in your step" while you're enduring. You win when you do so.
